Use of the site
Eligibility and account responsibilities
By accessing or using 92gameofficial.com (the "Site"), you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, possess the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the Indian Contract Act, 1872, and agree to comply with these Terms of Service in full. If you do not meet these requirements, you must not use the Site. Where account registration is required, you are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Permitted and prohibited use
You may access the Site solely for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to scrape or systematically extract data from the Site; transmit malware or disruptive code; attempt to reverse-engineer any underlying software; impersonate any person or entity; or use the Site in any manner that violates applicable law, including the Information Technology Act, 2000, and the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021. You further agree not to manipulate any game outcome or misuse digital payment instruments such as PhonePe, Google Pay (GPay), or BHIM UPI, for example, initiating fraudulent chargebacks after a transaction is confirmed, or exploiting payment gateway delays to claim duplicate credits.
Modifications and termination
92 Game reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the Site at any time without prior notice, including during scheduled maintenance windows. We may restrict or terminate your access if you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or attempted to compromise system integrity. These Terms may be updated periodically; continued use of the Site after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We recommend reviewing this page at least once every 30 days.
Intellectual property
Ownership of site content
All content available on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video clips, game interfaces, and overall look and feel, is the exclusive property of 92 Game or its licensors, protected under the Copyright Act, 1957, and the Trade Marks Act, 1999. Unauthorised reproduction, distribution, or public display of any Site content, in whole or in part, is strictly prohibited and may attract civil and criminal liability under Indian law. This includes re-uploading 92 Game game footage, branding, or interface screenshots to third-party platforms without prior written consent.
Limited licence to users
Subject to these Terms, 92 Game grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access the Site for personal, non-commercial use only. This licence does not permit you to create derivative works from any Site content, use 92 Game trade marks or logos without written authorisation, or remove any copyright or proprietary notices. Any use beyond this scope, for example, embedding game assets in a YouTube channel monetised through advertising, will be treated as infringement and may be pursued accordingly through appropriate legal channels.
User-submitted content
If you submit or upload content to the Site, you grant 92 Game a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, sublicensable licence to use, reproduce, and distribute that content across any media. You represent and warrant that you own or hold sufficient rights in any content you submit and that it does not infringe third-party intellectual property.
